Community involvement supports my values and strengthens my understanding of the direct impacts of healthcare quality and safety. I’m a Board Member of the Maine Association Area Agencies on Aging, and active in groups and on task forces related to improving healthcare in Maine.

 

My personal interests extend to sustainability, folk music, contra dancing, hiking kayaking, travel, and European Club football (soccer).

 

I live with my wife Pat, a music teacher, in Brunswick, Maine, and am a proud father of 2 sons and grandfather of 2 (and counting).
